Parexel Summer Picnic

Today was my company's annual summer picnic at Kimball Farm. This is always so much fun for us that we try to go every year. We were disappointed last year when they cancelled it due to economic struggles.

It really is a whole day of free fun :-)

One of everybody's favorite things to do is the bumper boats!!! Katie's first time on this was a little sketchy, but now she loves them and wants to go on again and again, but we can only stand the line so many times.  This year, we made this our first stop so that we could beat the lines. Our plan worked pretty well and we were able to go on twice in a row without too much of a wait!!

The other thing that Katie LOVES is of course the big blow up slide or any type of bouncy house if it is available.

They also have contests like hula hopping and the three-legged race.

These two were so cute - they were SO FAR behind the rest of the group that they gave them a prize just for participating...lol.

We are also given a gift card to spend at the arcade or at the batting cages. Katie won a light up noodle for the pool with all of her tickets...or should I say Mike's tickets...lol.

They also provide a HUGE picnic lunch, drinks, ice cream, mini-golf, driving range, pitch and putt, rock wall, pony rides...etc...

Overall, it is a VERY generous day and we like to take advantage of it every year because it is not often that someone gives you a day like this for free!!!

Thanks for a great day Parexel!!!
