Katie was invited to a Daisy Garden Party by one of her friends in the MOMS Club. This was a nice little afternoon event where Katie was able to go and learn a little bit more about the "Daisies". The get together was held in the Gazebo at Asa Waters Mansion in Millbury. The Daisy hosts started off with a brief discussion about the Daisies and what they have learned. Katie was very attentive in learning what the Daisies are all about. I was happy to see her interest because we had already been to a more formal get together for the Girl Scouts and I signed her up for the fall :-)
After their introduction, there was a snack - crackers and homemade jam!!! Yummy!!!
After snack time, they planted some seeds. Katie chose to plant lettuce, which she was very excited about....lol.
So glad we were able to make the Garden party because Katie really enjoyed an afternoon with her friends :-)
