Treatment may have ended for Katie, but the battle is far from over.

Please say a prayer for all the children who continue to fight childhood cancer day after day.

Community Advocate Interview

Today, my friend, Mary, came over to interview us about our house story for the Community Advocate, a local paper.

We were also joined by Charbel and Christine Najem, owners of Capstone General Contracting.

This amazing company heard that we were in desperate need of someone to fix the damage created by the original contractor and they stepped up to help us.

We were in a place of complete despair and Capstone, through their incredible generosity, helped us out of this mess. We cannot even put into words how thankful we feel for them. In our eyes, it wasn’t just a construction project; they truly gave us our lives back. The relief that we feel has given us such a sense of peace. It is such a blessing to have this gift right before the holidays. We are truly grateful to the Capstone team for all that they have done for us.

I will post the link when the story comes out.
