Addition - Bank Draw #1

Tonight, we had the bank inspector come to the house to verify completed work for the first phase. It went pretty well and we were able to get more money than we had thought we would get because he gave us partial money on some things that aren't 100% complete. That was a nice surprise. We are hopeful that our contractor will now have enough money to put up the 3 exterior walls, tear off the old roof and put on the new roof. He seems to think he can get all of this done over the next month or so. We'll see...
