Julia the Elf has come for a visit!!!

This morning, our Elf, Julia arrived from the North Pole!!!

Upon waking, Katie discovered a mysterious bag under the Christmas Tree!! She noticed that the envelope had her name on it, so she was excited to open it and find out what was inside!!

She opened it to find that an Elf had come to visit with her for the Christmas season. Unfortunately, Julia will have to go back to the North Pole on Christmas Eve, but until then, we are going to have as much fun as we can with her!

Because most of the Elf Magic happens at night, Katie was very excited to put her elf to bed. At 4:00pm, she started asking me, "is it time for bed yet?" lol.

When it finally was bedtime, there was absolutely no fight...This was by far the easiest bedtime to date. She just brushed her teeth and then got Julia ready for bed.

We gave her some crackers (it reminds her of snow crunching) and ice water (snowflakes melting) in case she got hungry when she woke. She also sprinkled her elf with some Elf-Magic snowflakes which creates the magic to help Julia come alive in the night and go on her Elfcapades!!

Julia even got the "night-night" song and a kiss from her new friend.

Julia, ready for a night of rest..or not....

Once Julia was snug in her bed, Katie hopped into her own bed and simply went to sleep because she was eager to find out what Julia has up her sleeve tonight.

What kind of Elfcapade will Julia have?

Come back to find out!
