Once we were ready, the egg hunt began. This year, all of the eggs were hidden in the addition and Katie was adamant that the Easter Bunny was going to make it harder for her this year because she was older. And he did! Not too much harder, but slightly harder than last year ;-)
This year's egg hunt was over in a matter of minutes and we could barely keep up with her...lol. Katie got a good mix of candy, craft supplies & jewelery this year!!! She was thrilled with it all!
After we were done at home, we made our way over to Meme & Papa's for brunch and our annual egg hunt with cousins Sophie & Charlie!!!
Again, the kids were a lot faster this year and they left no egg un-turned!!!

After Meme & Papa's house, we made our way over to Pop's house for egg coloring and Easter dinner. I forgot to get the vinegar for the eggs, so the color was very pale :-( But, Katie still had fun coloring them.
Pop never misses an opportunity to play his guitar :-)
Although it was a busy day and we didn't get to stay anywhere too long, it was still nice to visit with as much family as possible in a short amount of time. We are truly blessed to have such a wonderful family :-)
