Joe is the lead singer for my dad's band, Beatles for Sale. The band recorded their parts to the song last weekend and this weekend, the kids are adding their tracks. Katie was a bit reluctant at first, but after the third try, she belted out most of the lyrics to the song.
After recording her part, she went upstairs with Joe's wife, Ann, to make some chocolate covered pretzels and chocolate pops.
I guess this is something that Joe & his wife Ann have been doing with the kids for years. We are so thankful that they included us in their tradition this year. This will be such a unique keepsake...I can't wait to get the CD!!!
