Today, even though it was a bit drizzly outside, we brought Katie to an Easter Egg Hunt at Waters Farm in Sutton, MA. We met Mike's brother, Steve, his wife, Kerrie & their two children, Sophie & Charlie over there as well. Katie & Sophie were scared of the Easter Bunny of course, but Katie was so excited for the egg hunt that she was pulling me toward the field saying, "Come on, come on!"

Katie & I found a few eggs right off the bat because she was pulling me into the field before they said "GO!".

After most of the eggs were gone, the Easter Bunny made his way out into the field. Katie saw him coming and she ran over to him to say, "Hi, Easter Bunny. Are there any more eggs?" The Easter Bunny shook his head yes and Katie replied, "Where is them?" The Easter Bunny shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Katie said, "We have to follow him, he knows where them are!" So, we followed the Easter Bunny through the field, but we only found one more lonely egg before it started to rain.
I think the kids had fun even though it was rainy and cold. We didn't stay long after the hunt was over. It was really too bad that the weather wasn't better, but isn't that our motto here in New England?
