Royal Princess Ball

Today, we brought Katie to a Royal Princess Ball in Devens, MA. Because this is the one year anniversary of her Leukemia diagnosis, we wanted to do something really fun for her. Although the steroids stifled her smile for most of the ball, she still seemed to have a good time. All of the princesses were there...Cinderella, Snow White, Ariel, Belle, Sleeping Beauty & Jasmine...even Aladdin made an appearance!!!

They had light fare for lunch...tea sandwiches, fresh fruit, lemonade & cupcakes...Katie went straight for the cupcake...a girl after my own heart!! lol

There were great games like London Brides and the Limbo!!!

Mike was friends with the DJ, so he got us "backstage" for a private photo shoot with the princesses :-) The other little girl was the DJ's daughter.
