Methotrexate Administration Schedule

Kaitlyn has started her chemo for the Consolidation phase of her treatment plan.

6-mercaptopurine was administered at 7:30pm
Vincristine was administered at 8:20pm

Below is the schedule for the Methotrexate administration.

Zero hour - 10/8 8:30pm MTX bolus (10% of the dose to prepare her body for what's to come)
0.5 hours -10/8 9:00pm MTX (90% of the dose over 23 &1/2 hours)
24 hours - 10/9 8:30pm MTX levels tested
36 hours - 10/10 8:30am Leucovorin Rescue
42 hours - 10/10 2:30pm Leucovorin Rescue
48 hours - 10/10 8:30pm Leucovorin Rescue, MTX levels tested
54 hours - 10/11 2:30am Leucovorin Rescue
60 hours - 10/11 8:30am Leucovorin Rescue
66 hours - 10/11 2:30pm Leucovorin Rescue
72 hours - 10/11 8:30pm Leucovorin Rescue, MTX levels tested
