Letterboxing Marathon in Grafton

Yesterday, Katie found FIVE letterboxes here in Grafton!!!!

She started off her day letterboxing with her Daddy. Their adventure led them to Brigham Hill in Grafton where there were 4 hidden letterboxes, they found 2!!! First one was "Squirrel" and the second was "Pine Tree". Kaitlyn ran into the woods with excitement about being out letterboxing...she loves the treasure hunting!!! However, on the way out of the woods, she decided that she didn't want to walk, so it was a fight getting her back to the car and Mike had to carry her most of the way, poor guy...

Then we got together with friends Shelly & Maggie. We also stayed in Grafton and we found 3!!! Our first adventure led us to the Grafton Land Trust on Wheeler Road. This was the toughest one we have been on thus far, but eventually, we found "Super Stars of Nintendo: Kirby".

Second one we found was a "drive-by" find up near the Community Barn a little further up Wheeler Road. We had no problem finding "Equine" in the stone wall.

Lastly, we trekked through the Grafton Land Trust Open Space Reservation on Potter Hill Road. It was quite a long walk, but once at the site, it was an easy find.

I was amazed to find out that you can see Mt. Wachusett from GRAFTON! Who knew...

We had a great time and certainly got a lot of exercise!!!
